SILVER LAKE RESORT
We LOVED our stay in Cabin 7 at the Silver Lake Resort! We only stayed one night, but wish would could've stayed longer and will definitely go back. The staff was friendly and we were there on October 1st so it was very quiet. The cabin was rustic but perfect for 2 people and a Golden Retriever. Our cabin overlooked the lake which was great. It had everything we needed! Also, very close to Mount St. Helens. Highly recommend this place 🙂
We stayed in a cabin with a great view of the lake. Lodging was pretty basic. The kitchen door did scrape the floor, which wasn’t too bad but could have been nicer. The little store had nice essentials and we enjoyed sitting on the dock. It is close to highway.
Great place to spend the day or maybe an overnight cabin rental or RV spot. They rent pontoon boats, great for family or a group of friends. They also have motor boats available and kayaks. There are even motel rooms that you can fish right off of your back deck.
We will be coming back for sure very cozy and beautiful resort. We had a great vacation beginning to end. We called first and talked to a young lady named Roberta she was very helpful and very friendly. She took time to answer all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to look at the resort she was working. She even remembered talking to us and what we wanted. She showed us different rooms and suggested places to even go hiking near by.... Good customer service is hard to find and she went above and beyond for us. We look forward to our next vacation.
Beautiful lake view with fishing facilities. The rooms are not fancy but good value for what you are paying for. The people working there are very nice. They lite up camp fire at night, which makes the kids super excited. The lady also allowed late check out for me. Overall it was great experience and we will be back again if we are back to this part of the world. Thanks for the great hosting.
Thank you for being so accommodating to our entire group always helping however you could.... The grounds were perfect for our reunion. I personally thought the suite was none better for sunsets with the great wrap around deck. It gave so many options, RV sites, tent sites, cabins or motels. A fantastic playground in a nice location to watch the kids, fabulous lake side, beach, water toys, boats, fantastic fishing, group bbq area, fire pit group area, perfect for vacations or group gatherings....
.....fishing and boating on the lake. This is a beautiful shallow lake with a full scenic view of Mt. St. Helen's on most days. Want to make sure your kids catch some fish? Set them up on the dock and they'll hook up on bream/panfish all day long. Want to try your luck at bass fishing? You'll find this lake quite fun and full of large mouth. Catfish, carp, crappie, perch, and trout are also possible takes depending on what you're fishing for....You can even rent a pole and buy extra tackle, worms, libations, food, and souvenirs in the gift shop.
I should mention we are campers not RVers. It was by far the best spot. So much more private and to be honest the highway didn’t even bother us. We had bushes and tree’s and a hillside to block the view and the noise of it. The bathrooms were clean, I took a nice long hot shower with no issues. The lake is a little muddy but great for fishing. We rented a pontoon boat . Not the nice ones you’ll see on Lake Chelan but it was perfect for us and our dog....The staff and owners were nothing but kind and helpful. We will definitely go back.
We have stayed here several times now over the last couple years. We've stayed in the cabins, the waterfront motel and the camp ground. We've had an amazing time each and every visit! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It has become our favorite place to escape the city and enjoy some fishing and the beautiful atmosphere.
